Many tourists walk along Hoverla, Marmarossa and Borzhava, but a tourist walking along the ridge of Mount Klyuch is a rare occurrence! And in vain, because there is something to see here! For example, the Klyuch mountain itself. It would seem nothing remarkable. It seems like an ordinary mountain, which is apparently invisible in the Carpathians, but not everything is so simple!
The key is famous for having seen more than one military battle: here at different times the KEY battles of the Ukrainian troops against the invaders were fought! There is even a memorial sign in honor of the Sich Riflemen. But even this is not the main thing! On the way to the top of the mountain range, in addition to picturesque alpine landscapes, we will meet several local attractions: the mesmerizing 6-meter Kamyanka waterfall and the Dead Lake, about which there are many terrible stories and legends among the people …
We will see with our own eyes the Ukrainian version of the Easter Island idols, and we will also be able to enjoy the healing water from the Iron Spring.
Our hike is two days with one night in tents, it does not require special training, therefore it is designed for the widest circle of participants not even with the best physical conditions. The necessary equipment and detailed advice can be obtained upon meeting in our SALO tourist club.
